Blazed Wax accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once an item has been dispatched by Australia Post. Blazed Wax is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events.

Please note that every Blazed Wax is lovingly handmade in Melbourne, and we cannot accept returns on the basis of slight variation. Every piece is special and unique therefore any differences are due to the handmade nature.
